Assisted Listening Devices

Hearing instruments should be considered the first step to addressing the uncorrected hearing loss.

Although with most things in life there is not one solution to a problem. Assistive listening devices (ALDs) often pick up where hearing instruments leave off. They are also quite effective during those times when hearing instruments are not being worn. Assistive listening devices (ALDs) include a large variety of devices designed to improve speech audibility. Some are designed to work with hearing aids, or cochlear implants (CIs), while many are designed to be used alone. We carry a full variety of ALDs including alarm clocks for the hearing impaired, amplified telephones, television listening devices, strobe smoke and fire detectors, visual door bell flashers, and many more. If we do not have it in stock, we can usually have it available within a couple of days.
